Ingredients

    • 250g Cheese Bar Havarti, grated
    • 300g Cheese Bar Cheddar Crumble (or Epicure), grated
    • 1 Tbsp onion, finely diced
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • 1 ½ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    • ¼ tsp white pepper
    • ¼ tsp mustard powder
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 200 mL evaporated milk

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
    2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes, or warm in a double boiler, until melted and gooey.
    3. Evenly spread a good dollop on a slice of bread, then roll up. Repeat for the rest of the filling.
    4. Brush with melted butter and place on a baking tray.
    5. Fan bake for 12—15 minutes, or until golden and toasty.

    This makes at least 20 cheese rolls, or around one loaf of bread. This filling is also delicious in a toasted sandwich!
