Ingredients
- 250g Cheese Bar Havarti, grated
- 300g Cheese Bar Cheddar Crumble (or Epicure), grated
- 1 Tbsp onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 mL evaporated milk
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes, or warm in a double boiler, until melted and gooey.
- Evenly spread a good dollop on a slice of bread, then roll up. Repeat for the rest of the filling.
- Brush with melted butter and place on a baking tray.
- Fan bake for 12—15 minutes, or until golden and toasty.
This makes at least 20 cheese rolls, or around one loaf of bread. This filling is also delicious in a toasted sandwich!
